Replacement may be worth considering when a boiler is repeatedly breaking down, parts are becoming difficult to obtain or the next repair is poor value for the condition of the appliance. Age alone does not mean a boiler automatically needs replacing.

For an active fault, see boiler repair in Thornaby. For broader planned installation information, see boiler installation.
